Redirect to queue on home page when logged in, add a 404 page, "Start Visit" instead of "Call"
Keep students in the queue but hidden until their visit has actually concluded. Cancelling destroys the in-progress visit and unhides them from the queue.
Autofocus important text fields, enter to submit dialogs
Students who swipe or are enqueued by a TA will be able to freely enqueue themselves on the site for the next two hours. These students will appear below the queue to the instructors.

Students who swipe in to join the queue or are enqueued by a TA will have a timestamp logged in the database of this interaction, anyone who does this will be able to use the "Join Queue" button on the frontend to add themselves back after the end of their first visit of the session for the next two hours afterwards.
Students are also not fully removed from the queue until their visit has been completed, which means visits can now be canceled by TAs and the student frontend will indicate when students are in a visit and which TA is helping them.
